Website usage

This website is designed and hosted via WordPress, which uses Jetpack Stats to track and retain the following information about site visitors:

  • Post and page views
  • Video plays
  • Outbound link clicks
  • Referring URLs and search engine terms
  • Country

As part of collating the above information, Jetpack Stats uses data like IP address, WordPress.com user ID (if logged in), WordPress.com username (if logged in), user agent, visiting URL, referring URL, timestamp of event, browser language, and country code. However, none of this information is available to site owners. For example, a site owner can see that a specific post has 285 views, but he/she cannot see which specific users/accounts viewed that post. Furthermore, the Jetpack Stats logs, in which this information is stored, are only retained for 28 days.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

Any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is provided directly by the user when they:

  • Voluntarily fill out one of the contact forms on the website
  • Voluntarily email the company

Diora Communication collects such data so that we can:

  • Get in touch with you to discuss your question or request
  • Subsequently handle any further communication regarding projects and services provided

Diora Communication securely stores such data for the duration of the projects and/or services provided and furthermore for another 6 months in case of any follow-up questions or issues. Once this time period has ended, your data will be deleted.

Diora Communication does not engage in the trade, sale, or otherwise unauthorized use of personal data and information, and we will never pass your data to any third party without your explicit consent.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability.
